Canal Carryout Rewards Program

By creating a Canal Carryout Rewards account, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to join Canal Carryout Rewards. Certain offers (alcohol and age-restricted products) are restricted to customers aged 21 and older and require in-store government ID verification.

Points & Rewards

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (before tax) when checked in with your loyalty account
• Points are redeemable for rewards at the following tiers: 1,000 pts = $10 off, 2,000 pts = $20 off, up to 10,000 pts = $100 off
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Canal Carryout reserves the right to adjust point balances, reward tiers, or program terms at any time
• Rewards must be redeemed in-store during a qualifying purchase

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Canal Carryout, including:

• Transactional messages: Check-in confirmations, points updates, reward notifications
• Promotional messages (if opted in): Deal alerts, special offers, loyalty promotions

Message frequency: Up to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may participate in the rewards program without opting in to SMS.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any rewards account that is used fraudulently or in violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

Canal Carryout is not responsible for lost points, system outages, or technical issues that may temporarily prevent point earning or redemption. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any discrepancies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the rewards program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
